Biography

Gilbert Songe holds Master's degree in Network Science and Cyber Security from the

International School of Business & Technology

(ISBAT University) in Uganda since 2019. He also holds an advanced diploma in software engineering and data management from Aptech Uganda since 2018. Gilbert Songe is a software and website developer. He ensures the maintenance of computer equipment and networks, the design and implementation of local computer networks as well as software updating. He also demonstrates experience in the design of data collection and analysis tools (CSpro, SPSS). He has extensive knowledge in cartography using several software programs such as Arc GIS, Google Earth and Google maps.

His areas of research are essentially: administration of computer systems and networks, programming, database management, computer security and maintenance, monitoring and evaluation in data collection, etc.
