BIOGRAPHY

Fiat Kisoko is a Jurisconsult at RightsEmpower Law Firm & Consultancy. Since 2016, she practices Labor and Corporate Law (OHADA)

With regards to Labor Law, she focuses on issues related to employment contracts, individual and collective agreements, legalization of contracts, and company policies. She advises on individual and collective Labor disputes, termination of temporary and permanent contracts. In addition, she advises on dismissal procedures for serious misconducts and for economic reasons. She also represents, assists, and defends clients in disputes in front of Labor authorities and courts.

As for company law (OHADA), Fiat Kisoko demonstrates expertise in drafting company statutes and minutes of ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies. She is also involved in registration and structuring of commercial companies in the DRC.
