BIOGRAPHY

Patrick Mutombo is an Associate Attorney at RightsEmpower Law Firm & Consultancy. Since 2010, he is involved in the environmental sector, mainly in the Forestry, Land and Agricultural fields. His remarkable experience allowed him to carry out several legal studies and to implement projects founded by donors and international organizations, notably the World Bank, UNDP and AFD. In his capacity as a Legal Expert, Patrick Mutombo develops legal analysis in the context of Land and Forestry reforms in the DRC.

Patrick Mutombo has proven experience in drafting and implementing projects.
